The only good car buying experience I've ever had. We agreed on a great price via email, I sent over my license, and when I arrived, the car was gassed up, cleaned, and all the paperwork was ready to go. It was such a relief after dealing with sleazy dealerships that promise one price and then sneak in "transportation fees," "tariff fees," and other nonsense. There were no games at McGrath—no “let me talk to my manager” tricks. As a single mom, it’s hard enough to juggle everything, and it’s even harder when businesses try to take advantage of you—especially when you're buying a car for your son. Jeff Goldman and Lou Perruffel were absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Lou was on the phone with an older client when we arrived and showed such respect and patience—it really stood out. I was immediately at ease and could tell I was in good hands. Thank you, McGrath. You’ve earned a customer for life and made a single mom very happy.

I test drove the car I wanted, received a VISA reward (manufacturer promotion for February 2025) & made an offer the same week. I did some research with other dealers as well. I purchased a Legacy in April 2025 from McGrath Subaru .... I can't stop driving this car. The car buying experience has been very rewarding as the many services keep coming from the Subaru family. Of these services, I am very pleased with the "get to know your car" conversations I have had with Mr. B. Hancock. I can call for the proper use of my car controls and always recieve a welcoming & helpful attitude at every call. I never recieved this much support and pleasant rapport from the purchase of my other car, 2022 toyota sienna. Many thanks to everyone involved with our new car purchase. It went smoothly with no issues. Price was agreed upon prior to our purchase.
